After all these months I’ve finally gotten around to finishing this show up. It was really unfortunate too, because the show had already finished airing within my first few weeks at bootcamp. Anyways, here’s my thoughts.

Wowww I loled so hard when this came up.

Oh god, don’t look at me, I’m naked!

Implied sex?

Guess not. Fucking Joe!

HNNNGGGGGGGGHHHHH-

Basically.
Well, it’s finally over! It sure took a while, too. It’s already been over a year since I finished the first season which left me so dissatisfied, but I’d say… that it was worth the wait.
I had no idea that there was going to be a second season until maybe about a month before it aired, and for that I was SO THANKFUL for, hoping for a good, conclusive end.
Well, hey, we got one! These last six episodes I just watched may have just been all “Oh no, misunderstanding, what I thought can’t possibly be true,” but that’s how the show’s been the whole time.
And in the end, I guess I could say it worked out. It was painful to watch Kazehaya and Sawako struggle for 30+ episodes of realizing each others feelings. But when it did happen, MAN it felt good. haha.

Ayane was CONSISTENTLY THE BEST CHARACTER OF THE SHOW. What, with being the “wise” character and also being voiced by the glorious Sawashiro Miyuki. She always helped me get through the harder to watch episodes.
But otherwise I don’t think I can say this show was really amazing. I enjoyed it dearly, AND it’s a decent romance too. I guess my only complaint would be that it just took way too long for them to get together. I would’ve liked to see the struggles they had together in a relationship, but that’s just not what this show was about.
It was about the path TO a relationship/love and the struggles that come with it in high school. And that… is alright. Though that route has been done countless times in an anime, I think this one really stands out in that genre.
All in all a good show when combined with the first season. 8/10.
