A few notes… I really, really like the music in this show. And the animation is very well done. (Boob physics aside.) 

Oh, and Naruko? My favorite character of the show, easily. I don’t exactly know why, but I’ll usually favor the unwanted side girl in a show over the main girl like, 80% of the time.

Examples? Aiko from True Tears, Koishi from Onegai Sensei, Tsugumi from Kannagi, Minori from Toradora, and Ayumi from Honey and Clover…. Hmmm, notice a pattern? They’re all orange/brown/red haired. And most fufill the role of childhood friend who goes on unwanted by the lead male. Generally. 

Why does Japan alway fuck over the childhood friends? :(
